Pewsey 1
This backland in Pewsey slopes gently and has long views across the valley. Here our architect Tony Fretton has designed 6 houses which are detached homes in a park-like setting.
Tony is known internationally for his blend of classic elegance and incisive rigour: we are expecting homes which are beautifully proportioned by the eye of an artist, as well as seductive places to live all built for £90 per sq foot.
The homes will be like new barns open to the eaves with a small tower giving a special first floor refuge. The plans were initially rejected by the Local Authority, but subsequently won permission at a planning appeal.
